Presented on a surface of 55 square meters is located on the ground floor of the villa. The apartment is ideal for a stay of 4 or 5 people and consists of 2 bedrooms, one double and one with two twin beds, large living room with sofa bed for one person, fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower and hairdryer .

The apartment is equipped with all linen, bedding and towels (included in the price of the apartment), wi-fi, satellite LCD TV, safe, heating and air conditioning.

The apartment with modern decor consists of 3 small balconies overlooking the garden.

The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people.

Price list per day for 4 people for a minimum stay of 3 nights, shorter stays on request.

Our prices are "ALL INCLUSIVE" include:

• Linen and towels once a week
• Final cleaning
• Parking place in the Garage for one car.
• Equipped beach, 100 meters from the Hotel Rigoli (depending on availability)

Not included in the price tourist tax euro 1,00 per person per day.

A deposit of Euro 200,00 will be requested on the day of arrival by cash or by credit card number with expiration date.

Obligatory to leave the cooking place clean at the end of the occupancy with garbage disposal in the appropriate containers we will indicate you on your arrival and dishwasher empty.

The deposit will be returned at the end of the occupancy, under deduction of any cleaning charges incurred and the cost of replacing any items which are found to be missing or broken.

• Extra bed (sofa bed) and cot must be requested at the time of booking at the price of € 30.00 per person per day with towels and bed linen.
